Sharon Markless BA, PGCE, M.Ed.1 who is a Senior Tutor, Institute of Leaning and Teaching in King's College, London and a Senior Associate with IMA. She was Research Consultant for the Effective College Library project and previously led the Information Skills in Schools development project (1985-9) and the Information Skills in Further Education research project (1989-91) at the National Foundation for Educational Research, after a career as a teacher in schools and in FE. She was Project Adviser to The Effective School Library project (1991-3).
Graham Robertson BSc.(Eng), FCA who is an independent consultant who specialises in information management and information auditing. He has worked as part of the IMA team in advising a London LEA seeking to develop its information management strategy; on a project developing a national strategy for the retrospective conversion of university library catalogues; and on financial forecasting for the Further Education Development Agency.
