IMA has unrivalled experience of staff development in a wide range of organisations.

We work with senior management teams, operational managers and specialist library and information staff in a wide variety of organisations. We help to create information management strategies, implement development plans and manage the information dimensions of change.

We work with professional groups such as police, nurses and education managers to enhance information handling and decision-making skills.

We train people in organisations whose job is to train other people in areas of information work. We also equip people in organisations to carry out information auditing and information needs analysis work - cutting out the need for expensive Consultants!
